Acme Fitness is one of the leading names in selling fitness equipments in India. The brand is well known in the market and is spread across all the major cities in the country.
Couple of years ago, Acme approached us with a seemingly simple request – to improve their brand visibility on the digital medium. We took the challenge head-on. Our first task was to a thorough study of the client’s current website and identify the competition – both online and offline.
What we did
We identified that their website didn't match with their brand stature. So, our first suggestion was naturally to completely overhaul their website, which the client readily agreed to. Within no time we built a highly creative, usable and SEO-friendly website that scored both with the visitors and search engines.
Our next task was to make the site rank well on search engines for specific keywords. We took up the challenge of optimizing the site for some of the most competitive keywords in the fitness industry.
Some of the other tasks we performed include content optimization, setting up of a live customer support facility, Google Adwords campaign and Micro-site development to promote special offers.
The results started showing much quicker than we expected. People just loved the new website. Visitor count started increasing by the day. Average time spent on the site saw drastic improvement. Bounce rate also came down to below 20%.
Within couple of months, the site started ranking for some very competitive keywords. Through regular monitoring and maintenance, we could retain the ranking for all the top keywords to date.
